I recently started watching NCIS after hesitating for a while. I’ve been a fan of Mark Harmon for years, but I think the show’s time slot and its connection to JAG, which my mother loved, initially kept me away. However, I finally gave it a chance and binged 13 hours of episodes in a Saturday marathon on USA, thanks to a cold and some DayQuil.
I was pleasantly surprised by the character drama, humor, and sweetness in the show. The episodes I watched from Season 4 featured intriguing storylines, including a pursuit of an arms dealer, romantic entanglements, and even some potential relationships. I didn’t expect these elements from a crime procedural like NCIS.
